The St Martin Parade is a sparkling festival of large and smaller lights. A procession through the centre of Utrecht where everyone is welcome. There are choirs, orchestras and theatrical acts. Route 2023. De 'Parade boven water' start bij de Maliebrug bij Park Lepelenburg, met een lopend en een varend onderdeel. De varende Parade gaat langzaam met veel licht en muziek over de oostelijke singel via het Ledig Erf naar de Oudegracht en 'begeleidt' de lopende Parade. De lopende optocht gaat over het wandelpad in het mooi.
